Kundalini Yoga with Krystal

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is a powerful, transformative and concentrated yoga of breath, mantra and movement. We follow a series of yoga postures, which may include chanting, dancing, and meditating. It’s full of joy and adventure. The Kundalini energy is the energy of the soul and when it awakens, it rises up the spine which elevates a person to their true identity. This creates feelings of gratitude, joy, and divine love.

Krystal weaves together the alchemy of Kundalini Yoga (breath, mantra, and movement) with Shamanic sacred practices. Sessions include breath work, yoga kriya, meditation, journeying, and a deep savasana with a gong bath at the end. It is for those who are being called to deep work and are seeking rapid transformation for our chaotic changing times.

The intention behind her classes is to help you remember who you truly are- and develop tools to navigate these times, so that you can step up, serve and share your unique gifts with the world. We are the medicine.
