I am a Mother, Light-seeker, and Spirit Keeper of the Womb.

One could say I've lived many lives during my time here on Earth. However, all of my paths were just different threads, helping to weave the beautiful web that is my life today. I have always been called to the natural healing path and the sacred use earthly remedies.

I graduated from University of Vermont in 2008 with a double major in Psychology and Studio Art with plans to become an art therapist. The tides changed and I felt pulled through another doorway.

I received my Masters degree in Occupational Therapy at Springfield College. Throughout my time there, I began to awaken to natural healing approaches, both herbal and energetic. I became attuned to Reiki and am now a certified advanced practitioner through the International Center for Reiki Training. I met my beloved twin flame Ben, and we moved to southern California where I began working with children with developmental disabilities at a private pediatric clinic and within the school system.

A few years later, my heart yearned for something more.  My husband felt it too. I left my job, we sold all our belongings, and headed to Peru for some deep soul healing. When our time in Peru was complete, we felt the feminine energies of the Blue Ridge mountains calling, so we moved to Asheville, NC, to set up life and grow some serious roots.

In Asheville, I began working for a major health system as a home-health Occupational Therapist. I supported people within the comfort of their own homes, helping them adjust to new life after suffering debilitating illness, injury or trauma. I empowered them and promoted their independence, but at the same time, I felt limited by the rigid allopathic treatment frame. I knew in my heart that this was only a piece of a much larger picture.

In my quest to cultivate a more holistic therapeutic approach, I began to seek out new teachers and guides. I studied western herbalism with some of the finest herbalists in the Southeast at the Asheville School of Holistic Herbalism. I traveled to the rainforests of Belize to study the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® with advanced certification in pre-conception and pregnancy. I received my 600-hour Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor certification in 2016 through the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga and went on to earn national certification through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. I studied aromatherapy with David Crow of Floracopeia and earned my level 1 Aromatherapy certification through the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA). In addition, I am a certified Holistic Birth Doula through The Matrona and a trained postpartum doula through DONA International.

In October 2016, I gave birth to my son and in turn, my soul also experienced birth as a new Mother. I began my studies in Womb Shamanism in January 2018 through the Fountain of Life Grail Mystery School. It is through this critical piece, I found new clarity of purpose. I continue to study Womb Shamanism through the Institute of the Feminine Arts. My mission is to help you reconnect to your womb power and awaken the feminine wisdom within by offering support through all of life’s transitions. Do you hear the womb calling? I am honored to walk this path with you.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me painting, dancing in my living room, facilitating sacred women’s circles, teaching myself to play the drum, and loving every present moment with my sweet family.
